After an extremely challenging year, we are pleased to announce that we are still here and would like to share some updates with you.
Production : we have consolidated our manufacturing facilities with everything now being produced through our Peterborough site. This will enable us to be more efficient and keep manufacturing costs down, so important in these coming months. Both our pyrotechnic range and special effects hardware will be made here.
Pyrotechnic Product Range : because of the pandemic, we've had to make some changes in our production process meaning we have slightly longer lead times. If a product is not in stock then lead times will be at least a week to 10 days.
The commodity price of smoke fluid has also increased due to the pandemic and will be reflected in our prices, but the cost of haze fluid has however been unaffected.
Shipping: due to a number of factors, including Brexit and restrictions on travel we, along with everyone else, are unable to guarantee delivery dates. We hope in the coming months we will see an improvement in our shipping abilities.
As we have had to make many changes to our operation, Le Maitre can no longer ship directly to Dealers customers. Moving forward, Le Maitre will only be able to ship to the client who is being invoiced.
