We're Hiring – Night Shift Team, Peterborough
Shift pattern for all roles: Monday–Friday 16:15 - 12:15  

Le Maitre is expanding its manufacturing operation and we're looking for reliable, safety-minded people to join our brand new night shift team. Whether you're an experienced manager or looking for a solid, well-paid production role with a great work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you. All roles are based at our Peterborough site, start immediately, and include a 3-week paid daytime training period before moving to nights.

Night Shift Manager (View and Apply here) - 1 position available Lead our night shift operation and keep the site running safely and efficiently. We're looking for an experienced manufacturing or production manager who puts safety first and knows how to get the best out of a team. 

Chemical Mixer (View and Apply here) 2 positions available A hands-on role mixing the chemical compounds that go into our world-class pyrotechnic products. No formal qualifications needed just a methodical mind, a strong safety ethic, and great attention to detail.

Production Operative  (View and Apply here) - 10 positions available Join our assembly team and play a direct role in manufacturing some of the most exciting pyrotechnic products in the world. Great dexterity and a keen eye for detail are a must. Full training provided.

Packing Operative  (View and Apply here) 2 positions available Keep our products moving by packing and labelling finished goods ready for dispatch. A straightforward but important role for someone who takes pride in accurate, consistent work. 

Machine Press Operative (View and Apply here) 1 position available Operate hydraulic presses and prepare production materials to manufacture pyrotechnic components safely and accurately, ensuring consistent quality and efficient output on a busy night shift line.
