Le Maitre's pyrotechnics were featured in a series of demonstration lectures given at the Cambridge Science Festival this March.
The lecture “It’s Rocket Science”, given by Professor Chris Bishop (Microsft Research Ltd, Cambridge) festival was packed with demonstrations of the science that sends people into space. A family-filled lecture theatre saw flying projectiles, the fiery combustion of energetic propellants, and the impressive roar and flame of a hybrid rocket engine.
Chris finished the lecture on a lively note with Le Maitre's Line Rockets whizzing over the heads of the audience!
